2 出店にあたってのお願い Booth Guidelines

1. 1

   運営側で用意するテーブル1卓を1ブースとします。一団体で複数テーブル使用も可能ですが、その場合の費用は「卓数 × 参加費用」となります。

   One table provided by the organizers counts as one booth. A group may use multiple tables; the fee in that case is (number of tables) × (booth fee).

   1ブースのスペースは下記の図を参照してください。テーブルの持ち込みや、図のスペースを超える使用は固くお断りします。それ以上のスペースを希望される場合は、必ず複数ブースでお申し込みください。

   Each booth's space is shown in the diagram below. Bringing your own table or using more space than shown is not permitted. If you need more space, please apply for multiple booths.

3. 3

   使用可能なワット数に限りがあるため、電源が必要な場合は、必要ワット数とできる限り具体的な使い道をお申し込みフォームにご記入ください。ジェネレーターなどをご自身でご用意いただける場合は、そちらもご検討ください。会場の電力には限りがあるため、電源のご利用は先着順（First come, first served）となります。電源を希望される方は、使用電力を必ず1000W以内に抑えてください。

   Available wattage at the venue is limited. If you need power, please specify the required wattage and its intended use as specifically as possible on the application form. If you can bring your own generator, that is welcome too. Power access is first come, first served, and total usage must not exceed 1000W per booth.

4. 4

   会場で使用できる電力には限りがあります。火災の危険性があるため、事前にリクエストいただいた出店者さま以外が現地の電力を使用することは固くお断りいたします。当日の状況により、電力をご利用いただけない場合や使用制限をお願いする場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

   Because of fire-safety concerns, only vendors who requested power in advance may use venue electricity. Depending on conditions on the day, power may be unavailable or restricted — thank you for your understanding.

5. 5

   食品販売の例として、例年人気のパンやクッキー、パウンドケーキ、和菓子などの手作り焼き菓子があります。日持ちしないものや生ものはご遠慮ください。アレルギー対策のため、ナッツ入りの商品は必ず明記をお願いします。現場での調理・温めは、使用電力1000W以内であればご利用いただけます。

   Popular food examples include homemade baked goods such as bread, cookies, pound cake, and Japanese sweets. Please avoid perishable or raw items. For allergy safety, clearly label any items containing nuts. On-site cooking or warming is allowed as long as it stays within the 1000W power limit.

4 お申し込み前にご準備いただくもの What You'll Need to Apply

お申し込みフォームでは、以下の10項目をご記入いただきます。事前にご確認いただくとスムーズです。

The application form asks for the following 10 items. Reviewing them beforehand will make the process smoother.

• 2お名前（団体の場合は団体名と代表者氏名）Name (or group name and representative's name)
• 3代表者電話番号（テキスト送付可能なもの）Representative's phone number (must be able to receive texts)
• 4参加人数Number of participants
• 5希望されるテーブル数Number of tables requested
• 6電源の必要性の有無Whether you need electrical power
• 7必要ワット数（電源が必要な場合）Required wattage (if power is needed)
• 8紙ベース領収書の有無Whether you need a paper receipt
• 9参加費用への同意確認Confirmation of agreement to the booth fee
• 10販売品の内容Description of items to be sold
